 Rainbow Boy was actually Jack Walton,
a member of a group of "Whiz Kids" who worked at a radio station. That isn't mentioned in this
story, but I've read one other Rainbow Boy tale which revealed that.
Rainbow Boy fights crime and espionage by
creating and controlling rainbows. Here, he teams-up with Hydroman to
defend the planet against an alien invasion.
Rainbow Boy appeared in issues 14-20 of Heroic Comics. He returned for one
special story in issue no. 25 -- another team-up with Hydroman!
